I’ve been helping humans build positive, purpose-driven workplace cultures for over twenty years.
Before I joined forces with Nancy (best mates since we were eighteen) to found Culture Zone, I managed a myriad of organisational change initiatives and programs for global management consultants Kearney.
Before joining Kearney, I supported people and culture development for top-tier accountants PwC and Capita Financial Group.

In short, in a long and fruitful career in people and culture and leadership development across the Asia Pacific region, I’ve seen and supported leaders and teams to rise to every imaginable professional challenge.
I’ve had the privilege of helping numerous leaders fulfil their responsibility for building thriving cultures that promote purpose, meaning, and joy.

My practice is grounded in the science and principles underpinning positive psychology and emotional intelligence. Work with me, and we’ll develop your strengths and self-awareness. Outside of doing the work I love, you’ll find me in the ocean, at Pilates, planning the next adventure with my family of avid travellers or stretching my budget to support another of our amazing emerging artists.

Nancy Hromin

I’ve always been insatiably curious about what makes us tick. So, armed with a psych degree and a Masters in Business, I began my career in organisational and leadership development.
A career-defining role as the Head of Transformation and Discovery at Murdoch Magazines opened my eyes to the power of a great culture.

Our CEO described his job as ‘10% financials and 90% culture.’ His leadership helped build a purpose-driven company. Murdoch Magazines was THE place where everyone wanted to work.
​
Supporting entire organisations or targeted teams to realise their collective potential satisfied my penchant for purposeful, difference-making work.
​
But over time, I was more and more drawn to one-on-one coaching. The process is bespoke, the transformations remarkable and enduring. Few things are satisfying or humbling as being stopped in the street by former clients who attribute some significant part of their success to our work together.

Kate and I founded Culture Zone to create an ethos and a working environment defined by freedom, flexibility and fun. We can do whatever it takes to meet your brief. If being agile, adaptive and simply downright awesome are the attributes you’re keen to develop, we can help.

My career in organisational learning and development spans twenty years and three continents. Sample clients include 3P Learning, Prudential Insurance (Asia), Central World Group (Thailand), AMP, Commonwealth Bank, Avant Insurance, NSW Police, and Ernst and Young.
